Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses pressing equipment. The pressing equipment comprises an air cylinder and a vacuum pump, wherein the air cylinder comprises an air cylinder upper bottom and an air cylinder lower bottom; the air cylinder upper bottom is connected with the vacuum pump, and the air cylinder upper bottom is movably connected with the air cylinder lower bottom; a piston is arranged in the air cylinder, and an inner cavity of the air cylinder upper bottom and an inner cavity of the piston are both in a hemispherical shape; and when the piston moves upwards to be buckled with the air cylinder upper bottom, the inner cavity of the piston and the inner cavity of the air cylinder upper bottom are combined to form a complete spherical structure. Compared with the prior art, by means of the pressing equipment, production technology steps can be reduced, and meanwhile the quality of products can be improved, and the ferment effect of fermented bean curd can be improved.
