Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for preparing a three-dimensional multi-dimensioned vascularization support. The three-dimensional multi-dimensioned vascularization support is constructed through combination of three methods of additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing and mechanical removal. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a receiving platform by use of an industrial 3D printing FDM technology; 2, printing a support pedestal on the receiving platform by use of a biological 3D printer; 3, printing a stereo structure of a sacrifice material by use of the biological 3D printer; and 4, repeating the process in step two, wrapping the sacrifice material stereo network structure to form a final three-dimensional vascularization support, and then liquefying the sacrifice material to obtain a channel formation three-dimensional network structure so as to finally obtain the three-dimensional multi-dimensioned vascularization support. According to the invention, multiple processes are combined together, the three-dimensional multi-dimensioned vascularization support is prepared on the platform through biological 3D printing, and the dimension and the structure can be adjusted randomly according to needs.
