Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a sand pear juice beverage and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of food processing. The sand pear juice beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in mass percentages: 25-30% of sand pear raw puree, 9-11% of sweeteners, 0.3-0.35% sour agent, 0.03-0.05% of antioxidant, 0.09-0.12% of composite stabilizer, and the balance being water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating sand pears, protecting color, squeezing juice, and filtering to obtain the sand pear raw puree, blending the sand pear raw puree and other ingredients according to a proportion, homogenizing, degassing and sterilizing to obtain the prepared products. The sand pear juice beverage is reasonable in compatibility, rich in nutrition and dietary fibers, aromatic in taste, good in stability, long in storage time, and easy for processing and manufacturing. In a long-term drinking, the sand pear juice beverage can enhance body constitution and is conducive to human body health.
