Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a waffle cake and a preparation method thereof. The waffle and the cake are prepared as follows: the outer surface of the cake is wrapped with the waffle prepared from waffle paste, the raw materials of the waffle paste comprise 0.2-0.5 part of milk, 0.2-0.4 part of eggs, 0.1-0.3 part of powdered sugar, 0.01-0.02 part of rum and 0.1-0.3 part of low-gluten flour by weight; the cake is prepared from cake paste which comprises 0.3-0.5 part of eggs, 0.13-0.22 part of fine granulated sugar, 0.08-0.12 part of corn oil, 0.08-0.12 part of milk and 0.1-0.3 part of low-gluten flour by weight; and the weight ratio of the waffle paste to the cake paste is 0.8: 1-1.2: 1. The present invention combined waffle with cake, and provided a dessert with novel form and taste.
