STRUCTURE FOR FIXING BATTERY POST TERMINAL

Provided is a structure for fixing a battery post terminal, whereby forces acting in more than one direction can be borne in balanced fashion, and in which attachment workability and component cost are taken into account. The present invention is provided with: a battery post terminal (10) having left and right extending parts (32L, 32R) in which inclined faces (34) are formed, and an electrode fitting part (21) for clamping lateral faces of a battery post from both sides thereof by pressing so that a gap between the left and right extending parts (32L, 32R) is contracted; a slope member (40) having four leg parts (42), a slope (42A) having the same inclination angle as the inclined faces (34) being formed in each of the leg parts (42), and the slopes (42A) moving up and down while contacting the inclined faces (34), thereby pressing the left and right extending parts (32L, 32R); the four leg parts (42) being disposed about a screw part (51) so that a gap is formed along an external periphery of the screw part (51) when the battery post terminal (10) is viewed from the vertical direction.
