Zusammenfassung:Provided are a recirculated exhaust gas supply control method for a stoker furnace and a stoker furnace capable of greatly reducing NOx concentration in a furnace outlet without increasing CO concentration. Recirculated exhaust gas from a front side is supplied rearward from a front-side ceiling wall, and recirculated exhaust gas from a rear side is supplied forward from a rear wall or a rear-side ceiling wall. The temperature distribution in the combustion chamber is measured to determine where in a forward-backward direction the combustion position on a fire grate is positioned, relative to a reference range that has been set in advance. Cases are distinguished in terms of the combustion position being farther forward in comparison to the reference range, being farther rearward, or being within the reference range, and the distribution ratio between recirculated exhaust gas from the front side and recirculated exhaust gas from the rear side is varied depending on each case.
