Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an offshore wind power fire alarm video monitoring system and an offshore wind power fire alarm video monitoring method. The system comprises an onsite video monitoring end, a monitoring server and a background video monitoring end, which are connected in turn. The onsite video monitoring end comprises an onsite video monitoring device connected with the monitoring server and a fire alarm device; the fire alarm device further comprises a fire alarm sensor and a fire alarm communicator. The fire alarm communicator is connected with the fire alarm sensor and the onsite video monitoring device. A fire alarm message is obtained from the onsite video monitoring device via the monitoring server. The address code of the onsite video monitoring device is obtained according to the fire alarm message and is transmitted to the background video monitoring end. The background video monitoring end is used for switching to a corresponding video monitoring image according to the address code of the onsite video monitoring device so as to achieve the purpose of displaying the monitoring image of a fire area in time.
