The device comprises an ultrasonic generator for generating an ultrasonic signal; an interference information generator for generating an audio signal as interference information; a modulator connecting the ultrasonic generator and the interference information generator and modulating the ultrasonic signal which is taken as a carrier and the audio signal to form a modulated ultrasonic signal; and an ultrasonic sender connected to the modulator and sending the modulated ultrasonic signal.
