Instructional management system and server

The present invention relates to an instructional management system and a server for managing operation of a business system according to operating authority and an educational situation of a user. The instructional management system (1) has a client terminal (10) and the server (20), which are mutually connected in a communication manner via a network. The client terminal (10) transmits a demand made by an input part to a server (20) via the user of the business system, receives a response result to the demand from the server (20), and displays the response result on a display part (15). The server (20) receives the demand from the client terminal (10) and transmits the response result corresponding to the educational situation containing the operating authority, given to the user who requires, of the business system, and the term of validity of the education which the user received to the client terminal (10).
