Refrigerator

The invention provides a refrigerator capable of keeping a lower vegetable room in high humidity to maintain freshness of vegetables. The refrigerator comprises: a storage room door capable of being moved forth and back to open and close an opening of a storage room; a lower container moving with the storage room door; a separator freely detachably arranged in the lower container and dividing the lower container into a front area and a rear area; an upper container located at the upper part of the lower container and independently moving forth and back relative to the lower container; a first clamping mechanism arranged towards the lower part of the upper container; a second clamping mechanism arranged towards the upper part of the separator; a recessed part formed in the upper end of the side face of the lower container; and a projection part formed on the lower end of the side face of the upper container. If the recessed part and the projection part can be clamped at a specified position, the upper container and the lower container are located. Therefore, the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are clamped, so that the upper container is clamped to the separator.
