Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an entrained flow bed hot water boiler and belongs to the technical field of energy conservation and consumption reduction of boilers. The entrained flow bed hot water boiler comprises a boiler drum (1), a hearth (2), a front descending pipe (3), a rear descending pipe (16), a convection flue I (21), a convection flue II (23), a turning flue (11) and a combustor (20). The combustor (20) is installed on the top of the hearth (2). The hearth (2), the convection flue I (20) and the convection flue II (23) are of a delta-shaped structure to form a smoke channel. A convection flue partition wall (22) is arranged between the convection flue I (21) and the convection flue II (23). According to the entrained flow bed hot water boiler, the reversal combustion type delta-shaped flues and an angular pipe type entrained flow bed structure are adopted so that the boiler can be simple and compact in overall structure, easy to manufacture, capable of reducing material consumption and reducing occupied area, and capable of reducing the installation workload needed on the field; the boiler can be stable in combustion and not prone to coking, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is greatly improved. |
