Novel heating and heat exchange device

The invention relates to a novel heating and heat exchange device. The novel heating and heat exchange device comprises a plurality of heating pipes, a plurality of heat absorption bodies and a plurality of reflecting shades, wherein the heating pipes can generate far-infrared light so long as the heating pipes are powered on; the heat absorption bodies are used for rising the temperatures per se rapidly by absorbing the far-infrared light; the heating pipes are arranged in the heat absorption bodies; the reflecting shades are used for reflecting the far-infrared light around the heat absorption bodies to the heat absorption bodies to enable the light to be reused; the heat absorption bodies are arranged in the reflecting shades; each heating pipe, each heat absorption body, and each reflecting shade form a heating and heat exchange sub-unit. The novel heating and heat exchange device adopting the structural design can be heated quickly after being powered on, and is high in heat exchange efficiency, high in dry heating resistance, long in service life and high in safety.
