Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a worm and wormgear pair transmission feeding mechanism which comprises a worm, a main wormgear and a pinion. In a working process, a driving device drives an accessory wheel rack through a driving shaft to drive the pinion to rotate around the main wormgear, and drives the main wormgear to rotate around a rotating shaft; the main wormgear and the worm undergo relative movement through the meshing between the main wormgear meshed and the worm, to drive the worm to feed; during the process, the pinion with a higher rotating speed is subjected to secondary transmission of the main wormgear, and an angular speed of the pinion is reduced, thereby driving the worm to move slowly, ensuring the precision of the feeding quantity, and reducing the abrasion between the wormgear and the worm. The worm and wormgear pair transmission feeding mechanism is reasonable in structural design; through the secondary transmission at a less transmission ratio, a feeding position is controlled precisely, and the abrasion between the worm and the wormgear is reduced. |
