Compared with the prior art, the metal surface treatment agent has the advantages that the technological method is simple, working efficiency is high, the effect of removing dirt on the surface of a metal piece is good, and the metal surface cleaning efficiency is improved by means of rapid flowing of surface cleaning liquid; the flowing surface cleaning fluid contains quartz sand, stubborn stains and rust on the metal surface can be removed forcibly by means of the quartz sand, a protective film formed on the metal surface is unlikely to fall and has high adhesive force, and thus the corrosion resistance of a coating is improved.
