Zusammenfassung: | The present invention belongs to the field of metal materials, and especially relates to a novel metal alloy material for catalyzing vehicle fuel oil before combustion so as to improve combustion efficiency and improve tail gas emission. The vehicle fuel oil energy-saving and emission-reducing metal alloy material comprises, by weight, 3-15% of Fe, 4-17% of Al, 7-20% of Mn, 11-24% of Ni, 12-26% of V, 15-30% of Cu, 0.0001-0.0003% of Pt, and 1.5-4% of rare earth, wherein the rare earth comprises 0.94-3.25% of zirconium oxide and samarium oxide. According to the present invention, the alloy material can be adjusted in the ratio so as to obtain the metal alloy material meeting the use requirement and having excellent catalytic property; and the present invention provides a novel alloy catalysis material with characteristics of simple structure, fuel oil combustion efficiency improving, flue gas emission reducing, firmness and durability, and further has advantages of catalytic poisoning prevention and long-term use. |
