Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a feasible refining method for industrially producing high purity cholesterol. The method adopts the mode of combining crude product purification, crystallization and recrystallization, water-soluble impurities in cholesterol crude products are removed in water through two-phase reagents, then high purity cholesterol is obtained through crystallization by utilizing the difference of the solubility of other impurities and that of the cholesterol in a solvent, and the cholesterol can meet use needs of medicine, liquid crystal and other fields. The method has the advantages that operation is easy, the separation efficiency and the yield are both high, the purity is high and reaches 95%-99%, and the purity of a traditional method is only 70%-95%; the melting point is high and reaches 148-150 DEG C, and the melting point of a traditional method is 140-147 DEG C; the yield is high and larger than or equal to 95%, and for the cholesterol, the yield of the cholesterol through the traditional method is lower than or equal to 85%; the appearance of the products is white or off white flaky crystal, and the traditional method obtains faint yellow or yellow crystalline powder.
