The invention discloses long-acting multi-element leaf microelement fertilizer comprising a microelement fertilizer raw material, an auxiliary material, a synergist, a slow-release binding material and a natural high-molecular material coated material. The microelement fertilizer, the slow-release material and a leaf binding agent are combined, and therefore after being sprayed to leaves, the microelement fertilizer is protected by the slow-release agent and is not prone to oxidation and ineffectiveness; the binding agent increases the rain wash resistance and the wind and sunshine denudation resistance of the microelement fertilizer, the adhesive force of the microelement fertilizer to the leaves is increased, the time for the microelement fertilizer to stay on the leaves is prolonged, and the absorption rate of the fertilizer is increased. The invention further provides a preparation method of the long-acting multi-element leaf microelement fertilizer.
