Zusammenfassung: | A microwave filtered mud drying device comprises a combustion chamber, a secondary combustion and heat exchange chamber and a drying box. The combustion chamber is arranged in front of the drying box. The secondary combustion and heat exchange chamber is arranged in the front of the drying box. A tail gas circulating gas pipe and a tail gas circulating draught fan are arranged outside the tail end of the drying box. A discharge port is formed in the bottom of the tail end of the drying box. The top of the drying box is provided with a feed hopper and a moisture discharge opening. Multiple layers of driving belts are horizontally arranged in the drying box. The positions of the left ends and the right ends of all the driving belts are staggered. The right end of the driving belt on the top layer corresponds to the feed hopper. The tail end, in the conveying direction, of the driving belt on the bottommost layer corresponds to the discharge port in the bottom. The driving belts are in drive connection with a drive mechanism outside the drying box through a chain. The running directions of every two adjacent layers of driving belts are opposite. A microwave pipe for heating is arranged at the upper portion of the driving belt on the bottom layer. Heat exchange pipes for heating are arranged between the other driving belts. The left ends of the heat exchange pipes are communicated with a gas duct of the secondary combustion and heat exchange chamber. The right ends of the heat exchange pipes are communicated with the tail gas circulating gas pipe. The microwave filtered mud drying device is reasonable in design and good in drying effect. |
