Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a recycling technology of alkylate oil waste sulfuric acid. Waste sulfuric acid generated by diisobutylene production of isooctane is heated to 180-260 DEG C directly or under the condition of adding a proper amount of sulphur so as to generate sulfur dioxide; the sulfur dioxide is washed with water and then dried so as to produce pure sulfur dioxide; and sulfite can be further produced or sulfuric acid can be produced by processes such as sulfur dioxide catalytic oxidation, adsorption and the like. The waste sulfuric acid reduced during the process accounts for about 40-70% of the alkylate oil waste sulfuric acid. After the reaction, water is added into residues, and washing, press filtration and concentration are carried out so as to produce 80% or above of sulfuric acid. The sulfuric acid can be reutilized, and sulfur trioxide can be further absorbed to produce sulfuric acid.
