Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an artillery wheel universal assembly and disassembly vehicle, comprising a mobile chassis, a lifting device installed on the mobile chassis, and a movable frame connected with the tail end of the lifting device. The movable frame is connected with the mobile chassis by a vertical guiding device. A side of the movable frame is fixedly provided with a fork-type loading device. In a usage process, the movable frame can be adjusted up and down to adapt to heights of an artillery axle, and the holding diameter of the fork-type loading device can also be adjusted according to diameter values of wheels and bogie wheels. The artillery wheel universal assembly and disassembly vehicle is suitable for assembly and disassembly of artillery wheels and bogie wheels in different models, and can effectively reduce army tool research and development and equipment costs, and saves packing resource in wartime.
