Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an automatic measuring system for a thermal error of a numerical control machine tool in a real cutting state. The automatic measuring system comprises a temperature sensor and an online detection system, wherein the temperature sensor is used for measuring the temperature value of a temperature sensitive point of the numerical control machine tool, and the output end of the temperature sensor is connected with the input end of a temperature collection unit; the online detection system is used for measuring standard parts and outputs trigger signals in two paths, one path of the trigger signals are sent to a numerical control system of the numerical control machine tool, and the other path of the trigger signals are sent to a coordinate collection unit which is used for extracting the space coordinates of the numerical control machine tool; the output end of the numerical control system of the numerical control machine tool is connected with the input end of the coordinate collection unit, and the output end of the coordinate collection unit and the output end of the temperature collection unit are connected with the input end of a PC. The invention further discloses an automatic measuring method for the thermal error of the numerical control machine tool in the real cutting state. According to the automatic measuring system for the thermal error of the numerical control machine tool in the real cutting state, the thermal error of the numerical control machine tool in the real cutting state can be automatically measured in the X, Y and Z directions, the number of measurement points is large, the measuring range is large, and automatic collection and storage of thermal error data of the numerical control machine tool are achieved. |
