Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention discloses a hot rolling technology for a pipeline rolled steel plate. The hot rolling technology comprises the following steps: performing sectioned heating on plate blanks by adopting a walking beam furnace; performing rough rolling on the plate blanks subjected to the sectioned heating; performing finish rolling on the plate blanks subjected to the rough rolling; reeling the plate blanks subjected to the finish rolling, wherein the sectioned heating is sequentially divided into the following sections according to the time sequence: a preheating section with the heating duration of 60-70 min and the outlet temperature of equal to or smaller than 650 DEG C, a primary heating section with the heating duration of 50-70 min and the outlet temperature of equal to or smaller than 1100 DEG C, a secondary heating section with the heating duration of 55-65 min and the outlet temperature of equal to or smaller than 1170 DEG C, and a soaking section with the heating duration of 30-50 min and the outlet temperature of equal to or smaller than 1170 DEG C. The technology provided by the invention is used for solving the technological problem that the DWTT performance stability of thick pipeline steel produced in the prior art is poor, and the technological effect of the improvement of the DWTT performance is achieved. |
