Zusammenfassung: | Belonging to technical field of environmental protection, the invention particularly relates to a recovery method for sulfonyl chloride chlorination reaction tail gas. The method includes: passing the sulfonyl chloride chlorination reaction tail gas through a 20-80DEG C bisulfite absorption liquid, and letting the tail gas stay for 5-60min; then passing the sulfonyl chloride chlorination reaction tail gas through a concentrated sulfuric acid solution with a mass concentration of 98%, and letting the tail gas stay for 5-60min to absorb water in the tail gas; and finally passing the sulfonyl chloride chlorination reaction tail gas through 10-40DEG C paraffin to absorb organic matters in the tail gas. The method provided by the invention converts the hydrogen chloride gas and sulfonyl chloride in the sulfonyl chloride chlorination reaction tail gas completely into sulfur dioxide gas and recovers the sulfur dioxide gas for preparation of sulfonyl chloride, thus reducing environmental pollution caused by harmful exhaust emission. Also, the method reduces the process for separation of hydrogen chloride gas from sulfur dioxide gas, and lowers the recovery cost, and the purity of the obtained sulfur dioxide reaches over 99%, thereby enhancing the economic value of sulfur dioxide recycling. |
