Zusammenfassung:Provided is a controlled release formulations and a preparation method and use thereof. The controlled release formulations include: an outer compressed coat layer which includes an immediate release granule and a controlled release granule, wherein the controlled release granule comprises a second active ingredient and a controlled releast formultaion; and an inter layer which includes a core tablet and an optional controlled release film which coats the core tablet. The controlled release formulations can be used for treating Attention-Deficit Disorder (ADD) or Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
