The invention provides a sleeve positioning and sewing method. The method comprises followings steps: cutting a top sleeve and an under sleeve; sewing the top sleeve and the under sleeve; placing the sewn sleeve 3 on a front part; positioning the sleeve; positioning and sewing the front part, and ironing the sleeve. The top sleeve and the under sleeve can be sewn without being drawn out, and folds are not formed. According to the method, the front part and the sleeve are sewn, the intersection of the armhole of the sleeve and the armhole of the front part is determined as the basic line of the sleeve intersects with the midpoint of a large pocket flap of a suit body, the armhole of the sleeve coincides with the lower portion of the armhole of the front part, then the midpoint of the sleeve top is determined, so that the sewn sleeve is smooth in shape and is formed by one time, repeated detaching and repeated ironing are avoided, the sleeve of the suit covers half of the large pocket flap of the suit body, and the sleeve meets the technical standard of sleeves of business suits. By employing the method, the operation is easy, the efficiency of sleeve sewing is improved, time and labor are saved, and the quality of the suit is remarkably improved.
