Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method of canned strawberries. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning strawberries, and cutting the cleaned strawberries into slices so as to prepare the strawberry slices M1; (2) performing fixation on the strawberry slices M1 so as to prepare strawberry slices M2; (3) pickling the strawberry slices M2 with sugar so as to prepare strawberry slices M3; (4) mixing the strawberry slices M3, sugar-cane juice, blueberry powder, honey, caramel pigment, potassium sorbate, aspartame and water so as to obtain a mixture M4; and (5) canning the mixture, and sealing the canned mixture so as to prepare the canned strawberries. The canned strawberries prepared by the method disclosed by the invention are rich in vitamin C and calcium.
