The present invention provides a cutting head of a sugarcane harvester and the sugarcane harvester. The cutting head of the sugarcane harvester is fixed between two supporting rods, and comprises a leaf threshing mechanism which is arranged at the end parts of the supporting rods and is used for removing sugarcane leaves and a tail cutting-off mechanism which is arranged at the middle parts of the supporting rods and is used for cutting off sugarcane tails; the leaf threshing mechanism comprises a rotatable leaf threshing roller which is arranged between the two supporting rods and extends in the horizontal direction; a leaf threshing rod is arranged on the surface of the leaf threshing roller; the leaf threshing rod extends along in radial direction of the leaf threshing roller; the tail cutting-off mechanism comprises a tail cutting-off roller which is arranged between the two supporting rods and extends in the horizontal direction, and a convex tail cutting-off leaf plate is arranged on the surface of the tail cutting-off roller; and the tail cutting-off leaf plate extends in the radial direction of the tail cutting-off roller.
