Provided is an image processing device that generates an output frame image by inputting and processing a frame image acquired by an imaging device, said image processing device being provided with: a recording unit which records a prior frame image that was input before a target frame image that is to be processed, or an output frame image of the prior frame image; an alignment unit which aligns the prior frame image or the output frame image of the prior frame image with the target frame image; a correction unit which, referring to the recording unit, performs temporal correction in which pixel values of the target frame image are corrected using pixel values of the prior frame image or pixel values of the output frame image of the prior frame image, said images having been aligned by the alignment unit; and a generation unit which generates an output frame image of the target frame image using the target frame image corrected by the correction unit.
