According to the foldable headphone and the headphone device, the rotation structures connected with the side surface of the headband in a rotated manner are arranged on the end parts of the headband, each rotation structure is connected with one headphone unit capable of rotating towards the region enclosed by the headband, the headphone units can rotate towards two different directions, different folding methods can be provided, the size can be effectively reduced by folding the headphone, and the foldable headphone and the headphone device are convenient to accommodate and store.
