Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a novel wiper motor assembly technology. The assembly technology comprises the following steps that A, a motor gear oiling operation is performed; B, a rapid running-in operation of a gear and a worm is performed; C, the worm after a good running-in process is installed into the gear on which lubricating oil is painted and a matched motor in the step A so as to form a gear worm motor linkage mechanism. The novel wiper motor assembly technology in the invention possesses characteristics that an automation degree is high; oiling is thorough and uniform; oiling quality is stable and reliable; the structure is simple and easy; cost is low and so on. A metal gear and the worm carry out engagement and running-in. A worm root circle burr is removed. Simultaneously, optimum engagement cooperation is reached so that a plastic gear can reach an optimum engagement state after being installed in. More than 50% of noises can be improved and an overall life of the motor can be increased by about 10%.
