According to the method, the alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen which can be completely released originally in a 40 DEG C insulation can for 24 hours can be distilled out and absorbed by an absorption solution in a short time (such as 5 min), the soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen can be quickly and accurately determined, and the method has the advantages of being fast, high in accuracy and good in stability and repeatability.
