Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical engineering and particularly relates to a method for measuring the average number of active groups in reactive turquoise blue KN-G dye. The structure of the reactive turquoise blue KN-G dye is a compound shown in the formula (I). The method for measuring the average number of the active groups in the reactive turquoise blue KN-G dye comprises the following steps that standard para-ester (4-(Ethylsulfurate sulfonyl)aniline sulphate) is used for configuring solutions with different concentrations firstly, and then the corresponding peak area of the solutions on HPLC is measured; the curve of the concentrations and the peak area is drawn; phthalocyanine sulfonyl chloride and the para-ester are condensed to synthesize the dye, after a reaction is over, a certain mass of reaction liquid is accurately weighed, and the peak area of the reaction liquid on the HPLC is measured. The concentration of the liquid is measured according to the curve of the concentrations and the peak area, then the mole number of the residual para-ester in the reaction liquid is calculated, and finally the average number of the active groups in reactive turquoise blue KN-G dye can be calculated according to the feed mole number of the para-ester used in the reaction and the mole number of the residual para-ester. |
