Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a shield excavation measurement system which comprises a shield machine and a remote controller. A cutterhead and a shield body are arranged on the shield machine. At least two radar antennas are arranged on the shield body. The radar antennas are connected with a radar host. The radar host is connected with a shield host computer through a serial port. The shield host computer is connected with the remote controller. A data acquiring module and a data transmitting module are arranged on the radar host. A data storage module, an excavation volume monitoring module, a cutter wearing monitoring module, a stratum monitoring module, a display and a wireless communication module are arranged on the shield host computer. By using the radar antennas to measure the measuring value of gaps among the radar antennas and excavation faces and further adopting the excavation volume monitoring module, the cutter wearing monitoring module and the stratum monitoring module to measure the cutter wear extent and wearing trend and monitor the stratum changing trend, the system achieves a design of a cutter replacing plan, judges whether there is a cavity or collapse in a measuring face position and acquires stratum settlement information. Therefore, the excavation of the shield machine is guided.
