Zusammenfassung: | A smelting furnace comprises a vertical material bin and a horizontal pipe-shaped smelting chamber. A feeding port of the smelting chamber is communicated with a discharging port in the bottom of the material bin. A bottom plate of the smelting chamber is arranged into a slope facilitating flowing of smelling fluid, and an outlet for the smelting fluid to flow out is formed in the bottommost end of the slope. Flame nozzles I are arranged at the end, close to the feeding port, of the smelting chamber and incline to the bottom plate of the smelting chamber on the inner side of the smelting chamber. A plurality of flame nozzles II are sequentially arranged on a top plate of the smelting chamber in the length direction of the smelting chamber, wherein the flame nozzle II adjacent to the material bin inclines to the bottom plate of the smelting chamber in the direction of the flame nozzles I, and the other flame nozzles II are perpendicular to the bottom plate of the smelting chamber. According to the smelting furnace, materials can be smelt at a high temperature in multiple directions when falling, and generated high-temperature gas enters the material bin along the top plate of the smelting chamber to preheat the materials. The smelting furnace is simple in structure and high in heat energy utilization rate and will not cause spattering like an electric arc furnace. |
