Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an electromagnetic braking system with an electromagnetic separation and reunion function. The electromagnetic braking system with the electromagnetic separation and reunion function mainly comprises a friction braking device and an electromagnetic braking device, wherein an electromagnetic clutch sucking disc and a clutch engagement disc which are matched are respectively arranged on a friction braking disc of the friction braking device and a braking disc of an electromagnetic brake of the electromagnetic braking device. When an automobile is braked, a controller outputs a control current to the electromagnetic clutch sucking disc, and after the electromagnetic clutch sucking disc is electrified, the clutch engagement disc is enabled to pull a rolling bearing against the elastic force of a spring and move towards the electromagnetic clutch sucking disc so as to be engaged with the electromagnetic clutch sucking disc; at the moment, the controller controls a coil of the electromagnetic brake to be electrified so that the clutch engagement disc slows down, and then the automobile braking is realized via electromagnetic clutch sucking disc, a clutch connecting bolt and the friction braking disc in sequence. The working of the electromagnetic braking system is controlled by the engagement and disconnection of the electromagnetic clutch, and the slip ratio of wheels is effectively regulated by controlling braking torque, and thus, the automobile braking effect is reliably ensured. |
