Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a distorted concrete hole-forming injection grout diffusion construction method which is characterized in that injection diffusion is performed on distorted concrete by adopting hole-forming injection; the method comprises the steps that a water-binder ratio M of a grout, an average particle diameter DP of roller compacted concrete and a grout adding quantity are determined; according to an arrangement situation of a project field, a space between injection holes is determined; a single hole injection quantity Q is calculated according to the requirement on the grout adding quantity; a diffusion radius r is calculated according to a length standard of an injection hole space diagonal line; the parameters above are substituted to a formula, and an injection pressure P is calculated; the injection pressure P is then adjusted by an equipment control system; and the injection is performed after the parameters are determined. The parameters required by the method are easier to acquire; an injection technology is simpler; according to practical project inspection, during distorted concrete construction, the injection diffusion uniformity is good, the construction efficiency is high, and the quality requirements of the injection diffusion construction are met; and the method can guide the design and optimization of an injection device and a control system in hole-forming grout injection equipment, and can further optimize the injection technology.
