Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a treatment process for a titanium condensation pipe used for a distillation cooling device. Hot-dip galvanizing treatment, zinc drainage treatment, cooling treatment, internal blowing treatment and passivation treatment are conducted on a titanium alloy cogging pipe. In zinc drainage treatment, the hot-dip galvanized cogging pipe is obliquely placed, the inclination angle ranges from 45 degrees to 60 degrees, molten zinc flowing internally and externally is drained to a zinc bath and contained for 3 to 5 minutes, the inner portion and the outer portion of the hot-dip galvanized cogging pipe are cooled to the temperature from 120 DEG C to 200 DEG C, and zinc-iron alloy layers are generated on the inner surface and the outer surface. By the adoption of the treatment process for the titanium condensation pipe used for the distillation cooling device, due to the fact that composite films of phosphate, titanium salt and organosilicone modified epoxy resin can be formed on the hot-dip galvanized surfaces through the after-treatment technology, the technological process can be obviously shortened, preparation efficiency is improved, energy is saved, and the yield is improved.
