The Tianjin tip lamprotula F-type mitochondrial genome sequence is obtained through total DNA extraction, common PCR amplification and sequencing, long-fragment primer designing, LA-PCR amplification and sequencing and sequence jointing; and the total length of the sequence is 15695bp, and the sequence comprises 13 protein genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes and 1 FORF. The method for obtaining the Tianjin tip lamprotula F-type mitochondrial genome sequence is disclosed for the first time, and important base materials are provided for systemic embryology, comparison and evolutionary genomics, pedigree genomics, genetic resource conservation and sustainable and reasonable utilization of the unionidae family.
