Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for separating and extracting compound components of antrodia camphorata. By taking antrodia camphorata fruiting body powder or mycelium as a raw material, the compound components of the antrodia camphorata are separated and extracted by adopting a technology combining enzymolysis, supercritical CO2 extraction, ion exchange chromatography, membrane separation ultrafiltration and purification by chromatography. The method disclosed by the invention is good in separating effect of effective active ingredients, and high in purifying purity; the components have the advantages of being not liable to decompose and break, free of a harmful chemical reagent and heavy metal residues, high in extracting efficiency and the like; salts and water in a polysaccharide solution can be simultaneously removed; purification and separation of polysaccharides and a triterpene compound dilute solution are realized; and the compound components of antrodia camphorata can be used as new raw materials and intermediates for being applied to research and development in industries such as functional food, health food, drugs, cosmetics and the like. The method disclosed by the invention has a very high industrial application value and is a preparation technology, which is not only environmentally-friendly and economical, but also capable of realizing industrial production, for active substances of modern biological medicines.
