Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a wormlike nanometer silver sulfide film preparing method. The method includes the steps that a silver nitrate solution and a thiourea solution are mixed according to the mole ratio of 2 to 1 and put into a container containing a sample substrate, a mixed solution is left to stand at the room temperature for three days till the solution becomes clarified from cloudy, then conducting glass with deposited silver sulfide is taken out, the taken sample is put into deionized water to be soaked for 30 minutes, salt on the sample is diffused to water to be washed away, the sample is put into a tube type annealing furnace after being dried, annealing treatment is conducted under the protection of argon, and then a silver sulfide film target is obtained. According to the method, hydrolysis is conducted on the inorganic silver nitrate to provide a silver source, hydrolysis is conducted on organic thiourea to provide a sulfur source, and the silver source reacts with silver ions so as to generate wormlike nanometer silver sulfide; no active agent and stabilizer are added in the reaction process, and the wormlike nanometer silver sulfide can be obtained through the reaction at the room temperature. The preparation method is simple, tender in reaction, small in energy consumption, simple in synthesis process, simple in operation, free of special requirements for devices and suitable for mass production.
