The invention relates to a ray-shape-imitating deep sea small-medium-sized seawater desalination device. The device has left and right fin pretreatment filtering sheet boxes which are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of an imitate-ray body through left and right elastic swing units, such that left and right resonance systems are formed. The imitate-ray body has five parts. An ultrasonic scale cleaner is arranged at the head of the imitate-ray body. A reverse osmosis semipermeable membrane assembly cylinder, a pressurizing pump and a water storage tank are sequentially arranged at the middle part. A sterilizer is arranged on the tail part of the imitate-ray body. At a 30m-deep seabed, under seawater pressure, seawater enters the left and right fin pretreatment filtering sheet boxes; after pretreatment filtering, the seawater enters the reverse osmosis semipermeable membrane assembly cylinder through connection hose pipes; reverse osmosis is carried out in the reverse osmosis semipermeable membrane assembly cylinder, and freshwater is output. Resonance is provided with the left and right resonance systems, such that dirt such as seaweed on the left and right fin pretreatment filtering sheet boxes are shaken off, and the reverse osmosis efficiency is improved. With the ultrasonic scale cleaner, dirt on pretreatment filtering sheets and a reverse osmosis membrane is removed.
