Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an automated biological low temperature preservation device used to preserve various biological materials at low temperature, the biological materials being high in activity requirement after being rewarmed, and conventional technology is difficult to satisfy the requirement. Aimed at defects that existing biological materials use manual operation in low temperature protection loading and elution, and manual operation wastes time and efforts and is complex in steps and easily goes wrong, the invention provides an automated organism low temperature preservation device which is mainly formed by two parts, a solution temperature control portion and a solution concentration control portion. The solution temperature control portion makes temperature of a low temperature protective agent fall or rise according to curve gradient of set time. The solution concentration control portion makes concentration of the low temperature protective agent increase or reduce according to curve gradient of set time. The solution temperature control portion and the solution concentration control portion share an industrial control computer and a data acquisition control interface board to perform matching adjustment. The device can make the biological materials to automatically perform loading/elution of the low temperature protective agent under controlled temperature and concentration, so as to prevent various defects caused by manual operation. |
