Through the arrangement of the units, the illumination angle and the brightness of the indoor lamp can be intelligently and effectively regulated, and lamplight of the indoor lamp can be prevented from interfering with a driver. In addition, the regulation process is automatically conducted, and dangers caused when the driver conducts manual control in the driving process is avoided.
