Air duct component of top-mounted air conditioner and top-mounted air conditioner

The invention provides an air duct component of a top-mounted air conditioner. The air duct component comprises an upper connector component connected to an upper support, a compressible elastic air drum and a lower connector component connected to a lower support. The compressible elastic air drum is arranged between the upper connector component and the lower connector component. The air duct component has the advantages that the upper connector component is connected to the upper support of an external component of a roof and the compressible elastic air drum is located in the roof; the length of the compressible elastic air drum in the natural state is greater than the thickness of the roof; the lower connector component is connected to the lower support of an internal component of the roof. After the internal component of the roof is fixed to the inner side of the roof, the compressible elastic air drum is automatically compressed to be with the required length, so that the additional adjustment of the length is not needed and the installation is convenient. The compressed air drum is always in the tension state and the connector components always press the upper and lower supports to a certain extent, so that a better sealing effect is achieved, the air leak between the connector components and the upper and lower supports is prevented and the energy efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
