Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a machining technology for a chair plastic armrest. The technology comprises the steps of feeding, solation, film combining, plastisol jetting, pressure keeping, cooling and polishing. The steps of the technology are simple, the machining period is short, and meanwhile the high temperature resistance of the armrest formed in an injection molding mode is greatly improved; according to the polishing step in machining, a traditional water-immersion sanding method is abandoned, a polishing machine is adopted to be combined with grinding paste to replace manual grinding, and therefore the working efficiency is improved greatly. Meanwhile, the problem that sanding paper will abrade the plastic armrest, so that sand marks will be left on the plastic armrest is solved. |
