The invention discloses a moisture control system for stirring production of a concrete mixer. The moisture control system comprises a detecting module, a signal processing module, an execution module, an adjusting module, an input module, a central processing module and a power supply module, wherein a detecting end of the detecting module is respectively connected with a first probe and a second probe mounted on oppositely arranged lining plates of the mixer; a signal output end of the detecting module is connected with a signal input end of the signal processing module; a signal output end of the signal processing module is connected with a first signal input end of the central processing module; a control signal output end of the central processing module is connected with a signal input end of the execution module; a control signal input end of the central processing module is connected with a signal output end of the adjusting module; a second signal input end of the central processing module is connected with a signal output end of the input module; and the power supply module supplies electricity to the whole moisture control system. The moisture control system has such advantages as strong practicability and high accuracy in concrete moisture humidity control.
