Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an oil cylinder piston processing technology. Oil cylinder pistons are made in pair, and the processing steps sequentially comprise a blanking process, a rough turning process, a half finished turning process, a primary finish turning process, initial inspection, a sawing process, a secondary finish turning process, a pilot hole drilling process and final inspection. During the rough turning process, a 1mm of allowance is left for a central hole, a 0.8mm of allowance is left for a groove, a 1.5mm of allowance is left for the fixed length of the excircle, and a 1mm of allowance is left for the fixed length of the end face. The oil cylinder piston processing technology is advantaged in that the oil cylinder pistons are made in pair, and the pair of oil cylinder pistons is sawed-off to form two pistons, and the piston processing efficiency is improved. |
