Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preliminary breaking device for a complex lead-acid accumulator. The preliminary breaking device comprises a machine frame, a vibrating feeder, a crusher and a roller sieve, wherein the vibrating feeder, the crusher and the roller sieve are mounted on the machine frame, a discharge opening of the vibrating feeder is connected with a feed opening of the crusher, and a discharge opening of the crusher is connected with a feed hopper of the roller sieve; the roller sieve is arranged in the sloped manner, a sliding chute is mounted under the roller sieve on the machine frame and arranged corresponding to a discharge opening for sieved substances of the roller sieve. According to the preliminary breaking device disclosed by the invention, centralized processing of electrolyte of waste lead-acid accumulators before sorting is realized, the problem of environmental pollution caused by the arbitrary pouring of the electrolyte is solved, the situation that the electrolyte in the waste accumulators enters a subsequent crushing and sorting system so that the crushing and sorting system is corroded is prevented, the application range of a sorting system for the waste lead-acid accumulators is enlarged, and the maintenance cost of the crushing and sorting system is reduced; the preliminary breaking device disclosed by the invention also has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation.
