Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an automatic cleaning device of a filter element of an oil transmission pipe filter, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas storage and transportation. The device consists of a tank, a push-pull type rotating support mechanism and the like. The device is characterized in that a steam gathering pipe is fixedly mounted in the tank; multiple nozzles are centrally, symmetrically and uniformly distributed on the steam gathering pipe; the tank is connected with a boiler car through a quick joint; the filter element is movably mounted on the push-pull type rotating support mechanism mounted in the middle in the tank; a tank door is mounted at the front part of the tank; a steam discharge chimney is mounted at the top; an oil receiving tray is movably mounted at the bottom; an impeller is mounted at the lower part of the push-pull type rotating support mechanism; and an impeller power steam nozzle is mounted on the tank and aligned to the impeller. The automatic cleaning device of the filter element of the oil transmission pipe filter is convenient and safe in cleaning, strong in adaptability, excellent in cleaning effect, free of environmental pollution and long in service life, and solves the problems of potential safety hazard of personal safety, troublesome operation, generation of poisonous smoke polluted environment and shortening of the service life of the filter element of the filter in the prior art.
