Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method of separating vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate by using calcining, oxidation and alkaline leaching, desliming and gravity separation. The method comprises the following steps of adding vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate to CaO according to a weight ratio of 1:(0.1-0.2), calcining at the temperature of 800-1400 degrees, placing a calcined product A in an alkaline solution with the mass concentration of 5-52%, adding an oxidizing agent, then allowing an alkaline leaching reaction to occur at the temperature of 220-330 degrees for 0.5-2.0h, obtaining a filtrate and an alkaline leaching filter cake B, and performing desliming and gravity separation on the filter cake B. The method has the advantages that S-contained chemical compounds are oxidized due to introduction of O2 or H2O2 during the oxidation and alkaline leaching, so that the reaction is accelerated, the reaction temperature is reduced, and the reaction time is shortened; in addition, iron concentrate with the content of TFe being 65-69% and titanium concentrate with the content of TiO2 being 55-80% are separated; the contents of impurities, such as TiO2, S, Si and Al, entering a blast furnace are reduced; and a utilization coefficient of the blast furnace, and a comprehensive utilization rate of a titanium resource are increased simultaneously.
